Must Have:

• 5+ Years of Stakeholder Management experience working directly with multiple stakeholder
  
  
  
  
• Scheduling meetings with stakeholders to develop logic and understand the requirements
  
  
  
  
• Providing on-going transparency and communication regarding development and modeling work
  
  
  
  
• 5+ Years of data modeler experience
  
  
  
  
• Ability to work on multiple use cases at same time
  
  
  
  
• Development of a holistic model, not just for a single use case
  
  
  
  
• Experience building data models using any modeling tool
  
  
  
  
• 5+ Years of Functional and technical requirement experience
  
  
  
  
• Experience working with stakeholders to review and understand functional requirements
  
  
  
  
• Ability to review functional requirements and ask the correct questions to derive modeling and technical requirements
  
  
  
  
• Experience working with SME s to capture metadata information at asset or use case level
  
  
  
  
• 5+ Years of SQL/Spark SQL programming experience & 2+ Years of Python experience
  
  
  
  
• Ability to read and write new stored procedures in SQL code
  
  
  
  
• SQL Server Experience and proficiency working in a SQL environment is required
  
  
  
  
• Ability to read and write Python code so we can support web scrapping and our Data Scientist Persona
  
  
  
  
• 5+ Years of Experience of Data Validation
  
  
  
  
• Experience using SQL/Spark SQL - Developing test cases for integrated model and data assets/use case testing
  
  
  
  
• 3+ Years of Experience on building Data quality monitoring measures.
  
  
  
  
• Need to be able to work with Offshore dev team (India) and NUSA stakeholders (Eastern time zone)
  
  
  
  
• Examples and experience problem solving and thinking big picture ...not just use case
  
  
  Nice To Have:
  
  
  
• 3+ Years of Azure architecture experience
  
  
  
  
• Synapse - this is the main tool Analytics team will use
  
  
  
  
• Azure Data Factory Requires an understanding of the tool and capabilities
  
  
  
  
• Databricks this is the main tool Data Scientists will use
