The Work:
- Designing for a variety of projects under the guidance of a
UX/UI/Visual Design Lead
- Applying Human Centered Design principles to the creation of Web
and digital experiences for primarily government clients
- Working closely with both external and internal cross functional
teams on projects that range from a few weeks to a few months in
length
Here's what you need:
- 1+ year experience designing digital products and solutions for
various clients, including complex web or mobile applications
- 1+ year using standard design software, includeng Adobe Creative
Suite (XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, InVision,
Figma, Abstract, Mural; plus familiarity with the MS Office suite,
including Powerpoint
- Understanding of Human Centered Design methods and techniques
- Proficiency with interaction design methods and techniques
- Demonstrated written, oral, presentation + time and task
management skills
- Ability to provide clear, articulate rationale for design choices
and approach
- Bachelor of Arts in graphic design, visual communication or
related fields
Bonus Points:
- Master's Degree
- Understanding of various technology platforms that support user
experiences
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Demonstrable understanding of technical, creative and development
project lifecycles
- Experience using motion graphics tools such as Adobe AfterEffects
or similar
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture
Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum
compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual
compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but
not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office
location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay
for this role is $71,700 - $141,299 and information on benefits
offered is here.
