Come join us!Our Data and Services team is looking for a project coordinator to help enhance and manage metrics and reporting across programs, streamline our program management processes, assist in technical program management where needed to deliver on our technical roadmaps.ROLE:We are looking for experienced program management professionals to join our team and help us build towards the future. Our Project Coordinators will assist multiple programs in a metrics driven, presentation and reporting capacity, human resources planning and ad hoc project management assignments. You will also learn specifics about individual programs to enhance your understanding of our technical products and applications opening the path to career development as a Technical Program Manager. ALL ABOUT YOU* Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy* Experience metrics management, report creation, stakeholder communication, project management. * Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work. Prefer experience planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.)* Proven track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams* Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity Excels at building and delivering presentation materials* Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization* BS in business, engineering, computer science or related discipline.* Technical program delivery experienceCOVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we're all in this together.
