Benefits Administrator II

Position Summary The Benefits Administrator II is an
intermediate role that administers and maintains company benefits
programs. Informs and advises employees on benefits matters
regarding eligibility, coverage and provisions for the MFA. In this
role the administrator will compile and maintain benefits records
and documentation, be responsible for reconciling monthly benefits
billing, managing employee life event inquiries and updating
information in the HRIS/Benefits system (UKG). May assist with
special projects within the benefits area. This role is key to
working with both staff and physicians and must be able to
communicate effectively and have excellent interpersonal skills.
This role reports to the Benefits Manager in Human
Resources.RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree preferred or
equivalent training and work experience.ExperienceAt least two (2)
years of benefits administration in a healthcare setting.
