JOB SUMMARYConsolidated Cybersecurity, Protection, Inspection, and Oversight Program CCPIOP Program Manager provides assessment, advice, and guidance on topics of cyberspace operations (CO), electronic warfare (EW), Cyber-Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), electronic attack (EA), Electronic Support (ES), and reprogramming so that DAMO-SO is best positioned to support the Army. Coordinates and interfaces with staff elements within appropriate center of excellence (COEs), Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC), HQ TRADOC, the Army Staff, Army Futures Command, Joint community and Unified Partners on all Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) matters, as required. Provides operational, systems and technical subject matter expertise and performs research, writing, and staffing of issues in support of DAMO-SO's mission. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide extremely high-level subject matter expertise in CEMA, CO, EW, EA, ES, and EMSO.Provide operational, systems and technical subject matter expertise and performs research, writing, and staffing of issues in support of DAMO-SO's mission.Provide senior executive level subject matter expertise, consulting and analysis in the development, proposal, coordination and implementation of CEMA strategies & policies.Provide senior executive level subject matter expertise, consulting and analysis in the development, proposal, coordination and implementation of Supply Chain Risk Management strategies & policies.Provide senior executive subject matter expertise, consulting and analysis for the identification of requirements against specific threats.Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems which require high-level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements.Provides advice on esoteric problems which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter.Designs and prepares technical reports, studies, and related documentation, makes charts and graphs to record results, prepares and delivers presentations, training, and briefings as required by the task order.Must be willing to travel. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESFamiliar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.Experience and extensive knowledge and proficiency with the HQDA G-3/5/7 staffing process to include TMT.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Professional suite of applications to include SharePoint and MS Project; other analytical software experience helpful.Organizational and time management skills.Good interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt and work in a stressful environment while respecting security considerations and operational boundaries.Strong verbal and written communications.
