Locations: VA - Richmond, United States of America, Richmond, Virginia Lead System Integrator In this role you will be partnering with various teams across the enterprise to identify options, drive detailed assessment and analysis, and provide technical direction to deliver reliable, resilient, high-performing solutions for Card Tech Portfolio Management. You will also be accountable for providing administrative support for production systems. Responsibilities Configure, manage, and enhance Portfolio Management tools, such as Jira Align and Jira Research, design, test, and implement plugins and/or new tools in the Portfolio Management product suite Understand system architecture of upstream and downstream impacts when implementing solutions and provide governance across the applications Support complex troubleshooting efforts that cross multiple applications and technical disciplines Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides Provide level 3 and 4 administrative support for Jira Align (formerly AgileCraft) and Jira Lead the level 1 and 2 support Jira Align community to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and tools Verify defects and work with vendors to have them resolved Basic Qualifications At least 6 years of experience supporting Jira or Jira Align At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor---s Degree AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solution Architect certification 3 years of experience in technical systems analysis 3 years of experience integrating COTS products At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
