Sr. Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Application AdministratorJob Category: Information TechnologyTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: SecretEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Continental USThe Senior Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Application Administrator will be responsible for performing installation, configuration, testing and supporting activities related to the design and functionality of ESB. The program's ESB includes but is not limited to Oracle Service Bus, Oracle Managed File Transfer (MFT), and Kafka Confluent Platform and their integration. In addition, the Sr. ESB Application Administrator will actively participate in integrated product team meetings providing the necessary knowledge and guidance to ensure the selected ESB is implemented, configured and deployed successfully.The successful Sr. ESB App Admin candidate will be fluent with a variety of data models from business systems planning and data requirements planning and will have experience in designing web services with optimal security and performance. The candidate will also have a thorough understanding of the leading ESB solutions in the industry and will understand in detail the integration of the chosen ESB with the components of a specified technology stack.Duties and Responsibilities:Developing and documenting technical and conceptual specifications in support of the overall Data Migration designSupporting the design and development of the IPPS-A persistent messages, service handlers, service operations, validation and error reportingSupporting the design and development of various message patterns like Request/Reply, Subscribe/PublishSetup and integration of ESB with various components of the system like PeopleSoft Integration Broker, OAM/OID, & RESTSupporting the Testing and CM teams for Functional/Security and Performance Testing, Code packaging and code migration to various Test and Prod environmentsWorking closely with ETL development team to define topics, schemas, and routing to SFTP landing zonesWorking closely with DBAs, ETL/ PeopleSoft Dev teams, and Security Team to improve performance and data qualityProviding leadership and ongoing guidance to other members of the ESB admin and development teamsWorking closely with developers, SMEs and Testers using Agile sessionsWorking to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet program goals and deliverable objectivesOther tasks and activities as assigned or directed by the Infrastructure Manager.Required Qualifications:Active DOD SECRET clearance required; SSBI preferredBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Mathematics7 - 9 years of related experience in the Information Technology field with an emphasis on large-scale ERP systems3+ years of strong experience with enterprise service bus technologies, to include design, installation, configuration and testing; Oracle ESB/MFT preferred3+ years of strong experience with messaging technologies, to include design, installation, configuration, and testing; Kafka required; Confluent preferred3+ years of strong experience with SQL Compliant Database; Oracle preferredProven track record of successful deployment of ESBs from requirements gathering through implementationAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownershipMust possess strong oral and written communication skills and can demonstrate strong problem solving skillsAbility to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working in Integrated Product TeamsExperience working w/Dissemination, Mandatory Access Controls (MAC), Role Base Access Controls (RBAC), and knowing the difference between themAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities;Current Security+ Accreditation required.Desired Qualifications:Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and PeopleTools2+ years of experience integrating OSB with PeopleSoft Integration brokerExperience configuring OSB & MFT in Linux/Solaris environments;Experience configuring Kafka in Linux environments; Schema Registry, Connect, REST, & KSQL plussesExperience working in SIPRnet and an understanding of deploying ESBs aboard the SIPRnetExperience working w/Cross Domain Guards.What We Can Offer You:- We've been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.- Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives.- We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities.- We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation's highest priorities.- For over 55 years, the principles of CACI's unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.Company Overview: At CACI, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.
