and take an active role in engagement execution, project management
and key business development activities.

part of our team, the Manager will utilize various methodologies
and models to execute client projects.
Must have an in-depth understanding of the practices and
principles of Agile / Scrum and real-world experience on Scrum
projects. Must be an experienced Agile / Scrum practitioner. Should
have hands-on, in-depth experience in each of the Scrum core team
roles, and experience and skills in the following areas:
Advisory and consultancy skills
Large group facilitation
Release Planning and Feature Roadmapping
Feature and User Story decomposition
Lean Six-Sigma based process improvement
Individual will be responsible for leading clients to
effectively apply and improve upon Agile practices. Individual will
be responsible for serving as a SME for all core roles as defined
by the Scrum Body of Knowledge
Individual will be responsible for supporting the HRM PMO to
achieve the following objectives:
Ensure common understanding of product/project charter
Improve backlog management and release planning rigor
Assess release plans that offer realistic means of achieving
Provide means to track/report release plan execution performance
and adjust, as needed
Traditional PMO activities in the Agile paradigm (i.e., quality
management, risk & issue management, etc.)
Perform engagement management responsibilities, including
performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project
financials, quality review and client management.
Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work.
Manage business development activities, such as proposals,
capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other
thought leadership materials.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Act as performance manager (coach) for up to four coachees
outside of engagement responsibilities.
Interview campus and/or experienced candidates.

Required Technologies: Microsoft Project
Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college or
university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related
certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United
States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Coach and mentor junior staff members.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of

Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by

Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE)
10 years of professional experience (if they have a Masters
degree - can be 5 years of experience)
Agile PM Experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or comparable, required
Hands on experience with an Agile Lifecycle Management tool
(e.g., Rally, Jira) preferred
Scaled Agilist (SA) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
