Ready to learn as much as you can We'll give you numerous opportunities of formal & informal training sessions to keep your tech smarts sharp.As a Master Scheduler you will develop staffing models and template schedules based on new and existing requirements/scope.The work:- Develop and review program's resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to determine operational or committed project impacts.- Work with the Task Order Manager (TOM), Functional Team leads, and Integrated Product/Program Team (IPT) Leads to review estimated workhours, detailed IMS, and impacts/mitigation factors.- Work with the Program Manager (PM), TOM and IPT Leads to report analysis based on new and existing work scope.- Integrate the Budgetary Estimates into IMS and illustrate program's Resource Allocation Capacity.- Implement program schedule management practices through application of schedule management best practices.- Develop and manage client satisfaction and relationships.- Accountable for results that depict program availability to perform new requirements/scope to AFS Program Management Team.- Accountable for results of PMO work to both AFS and client.- Accountable for high-level external client satisfaction and internal Managing Director satisfaction.- Provide input to budget setting/financial proposals and reviews and may set budget.- May identify business development opportunities and communicate them to senior management.

Qualifications
