We are hiring a Sr. Social Media Campaign Manager to play a key role in one of Amazon's largest and fastest growing businesses. As a veteran social media manager, this role will take on the responsibility of creating and managing social media campaigns around our biggest initiatives. Equal parts strategist, idea person, and analyst, the Sr. Social Media Campaign Manager will join a high performing team to share and engage with our customers on social platforms.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and current user in social media tactics and strategies for brands, preferably B2B. They will have a deep knowledge and understanding of how individuals use social media, how they communicate, and understand how to reach those individuals. They will leverage their excellent judgment, creativity, strong ability to prioritize, and consistent writing ability daily with this role.

If selected to interview, please plan to provide a sample portfolio of your social campaigns that demonstrate creativity in content and design as well as KPIs of success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ideate and build creative, impactful social media campaigns to support our biggest initiatives.
  • Work with internal teams and agencies to create social creatives such as videos and animations to support your big ideas.
  • Leverage social media metrics to inform creative direction and decisions.
  • Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize reach of social media efforts and ensure alignment across channels and content publishing/generating teams.
  • Manage both paid and organic social media campaigns from initial concept through development to launch, and reporting on the results.
  • Keep a pulse on current social media trends to identify new opportunities for our social program.
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience with both paid and organic social media and how they can be leveraged together.
  • Ability to think big and propose innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of how social content functions and how to optimize this content to generate the best results.
  • Experience running successful social media campaigns on both small and large scales.
  • Experience owning creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion.
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to c-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in social media marketing or content marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms including analytics and business manager tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented, ability to work with a wide range of internal departments.
  • Strong writing skills, with a good grasp of tone and appropriate professional online communication.
  • Proficiency in a variety of social media tools and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • A passion for digital advertising and the tech industry.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization.
