Job Summary

Responsible for effectively driving sales of BluVector products and services to enterprise customers such as national and global accounts to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives on a consistent basis. Assures optimal sales training readiness and professional discipline.

Job Description

  • Target Key accounts within the Fortune 500 to drive new opportunities to closure by educating new and existing channel partners and alliances in the values of BluVector’s Advanced Threat Detection and Hunting platforms and services. 

  • Maintain expertise on the Company' s products/services to effectively manage cross team cooperation and customer adoption within key markets and verticals. 

  • Ensures competence and continuity of qualified Enterprise Account Executives through optimum selection, training and development, appraisal and motivation techniques. 

  • Develops, plans, and coordinates sale promotions and incentives to meet business goals and objectives. Ensures team and individual rep achievement of all sales, plus quality, goals, and standards. 

  • Other duties as assigned 

  • Ensures compatibility, maximum effectiveness, and continued growth on a constant basis.
