Duties and Responsibilities:

HR documents, like offers and new hire docs
with internal and external clients and employee matters
regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g.
employees queries about HR-related issues
payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g.
leaves of absence, sick days)
in HR projects
have reliable internet service and dedicated work space
duties as assigned
work experience as an administrator
with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
knowledge of labor laws
organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important
phone, email and in-person communication skills
