Please join us.Reporting:The Chief Communications Officer (CCO) reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Parsons Corporation.Role:The CCO reports to the CEO and will lead marketing, branding, events, media engagement, and public and community relations. The role drives the Corporation's brand and image, manages all internal and external communication of the company, and represents the company to the outside world. The ideal candidate has the ability to communicate a message and manage the company's relationships with the public.Responsibilities:The CCO has the following responsibilities:Leads the corporation's marketing strategyBuilds the corporate brand and imageLeads external and internal communicationsDrives digital communications including social media engagement and the corporate web siteHires, develops, and retains best-in-class talentMaintains strong internal partnerships with executive leadership team colleagues and key stakeholdersParticipates as a co-chair of the crisis management teamEstablishes a business rhythm with key external stakeholders (e.g., television, journals, blogs, social media, etc.) that influence our marketsArranges media events and leads media relationsCoordinates key industry association events in which Parsons is a participant (e.g., INSA, USGIF, PSC, NDIA, AIA)Supports investor relations in investor days and earnings callsCan serve as external face of the company as requiredOur communications teams are tried and true, so you won't have to "try" to accomplish your goalsYou will lead high performing internal and external communications teams and an award-winning creative services group.
