Job Description:
Serve
as first support response contact for prospects and
clients Initiate
and follow up with clients and prospects to resolve problems,
answer questions related to sales qualification and client product
support Become
proficient with customer ticketing
system Monitor
and manage client portal chat system and configuration of
bot Track
product requests and compile end of month
report Identify
product efficiencies and enhancements according to client
feedback Evaluate
client product feedback via feedback

minimum of bachelors degree is
required Experience
with customer support/services Customer

to two years of SaaS customer service
