Job Description:

Core Functions

      Serve as first support response contact for prospects and clients

      Initiate and follow up with clients and prospects to resolve problems, answer questions related to sales qualification and client product support

      Become proficient with customer ticketing system 

      Monitor and manage client portal chat system and configuration of bot

      Track product requests and compile end of month report

      Identify product efficiencies and enhancements according to client feedback

      Evaluate client product feedback via feedback channels 

      Assist with project service implementations

      Assist/manage voter/election support

      Assist with sales qualification and scheduling 

      Become proficient with the product and support related systems

      Maintain customer CRM systems 




      A minimum of bachelors degree is required

      Experience with customer support/services

      Customer centric communication

      One to two years of SaaS customer service experience

      Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving

      Accepts responsibility, is self-motivated and accountable for achieving implementation and customer satisfaction targets

      Strive to exceed customer expectations

      Proficient in Microsoft Office 

      Have technical knowhow and is comfortable with web-based software

      Ability to effectively operate under changing customer needs and demanding situations
