Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to join
their team!Responsibilities: Support customers of all levels needs
and requests by providing exceptional account management and
developing meaningful relationships. Understand customers' needs
and be able to guide them through a plan of action. Lead every
aspect of the post-sale relationship, onboarding, training, regular
check-ins, ongoing support, and renewal. Work with internal
partners to develop solutions that meet customers' needs and
standardsBecome an expert on our product and be able to explain it
to customers and aid them in their use of itMeet client success
metrics Required Experience:3-5 years' experience minimum with
account management Somewhere between several $100k and no less than
$100k of account management and managing corporate clients. SaaS
and/or subscription experience
