Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering a plus.5 years of progressive experience in pipeline projects - planning, design, execution, and cost estimation, and/or pipeline rehabilitation and replacement projects, and/or pipeline condition assessment projects.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including technical report writing.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6, and GIS software. Knowledge of hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software a plus but not needed.Registration as a Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, State of Maryland and/or Washington DC, or have the ability to obtain within 12 months of employment.Job DescriptionWhat you'll be getting into?From the moment you join us, you'll be immersed in what it's like to be an engineer at Mott MacDonald. Our Arlington, VA office is seeking a Project Engineer with experience in water and/or sewer pipelines for large diameter assets as well as small diameter networks.
