LMI seeks an Acquisition and Administrative Analyst to support our federal customer in Arlington, VA.

  • Facilitate daily office operations (e.g., scheduling and coordinating meetings, calendar management, and general office logistics).
  • Attend and participate in meetings, take meeting notes, record taskers and actions, and update the staff when necessary.
  • Route correspondence throughout OUSD(A&S) and OSD.
  • Assign action tasking in CATMS to the appropriate organization/office/individual. Close out taskings in CATMS and uploaded official documents. Archive CATMS packages as required by regulation.
  • Coordinate with team members to perform as their backup when required. Provide CATMS training, when requested, to subordinate offices, and individuals.
  • Review incoming and outgoing correspondence, including presentations, briefings, and reports; check for formatting, proofread, and edit as necessary; prepare documents for signature and ensure proper routing through the staff.
  • Edit correspondence documents, route documents through tasking system for approval.
  • Manage, route, and store documents in accordance with OSD records management regulations and procedures.
  • Update rosters, calendar invites, and address lists, and schedule new employee meet-and-greets with the team’s leadership
  • Gather forms, assist with training, provide information pertaining to creation requests for network access accounts, ensure equipment is issued, and assist with workspace and laptop set-up.
  • Manage multiple assignments from multiple people in busy work environment.

  • Clearance: Active Secret
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience to include, personnel, scheduling, task management, planning, programming, and correspondence management within the Department of Defense.
  • Experience within DoD and other federal agencies.
  • Demonstrated success managing several direct reports and multiple functional areas across multiple locations.
  • Must be highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must have outstanding English writing skills and the ability to quickly deliver quality written products in constrained time periods.
  • Must have strong active listening skills to assess customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers.
  • Must have outstanding customer service abilities to initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
  • The following experience is desirable:Working and/or managing DoD FOIA, records management, and issuance tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is desireable.
