Management Associates (BMA) is seeking a Human Resources
Assistant (Intelligence/Forensic Chemist and Foreign Unit)
who shall have experience providing basic office support such as
maintaining emails, answering phones, document scanning etc.
Experience using USA Staffing to issues documents and track
with tentative selectees to identify pre-conditional offer
conditional offer of employment to selectees.
USA Staffing on Onboarding Manager to issue Conditional Offer
Letters and pre-employment documents.
and verify receipt of required forms (including, but not limited to
resumes, SF50s, DD214s, pre-employment documents)
candidate records on a government furnished automated
documents to the application/tracking system.
electronic and hard copy of all selectee records.
a variety receipt of required forms (including, but not limited to
resumes, SF50s, DD214s, pre-employment documents).
Background Investigation and Drug Pane requests.
and submit pre-employment packages (Background Investigation and
Drug Panel) as outlined and agency guidance.
office support functions such as answering the phone, document
scanning, and filing.
external email boxes to communicate and receive documentation from
applicants and external sources.

of USA Staffing amongst Applicant tracking systems.
verifying personnel documents (SF50s, SF52s, DD214s
selected will be subject to a government background investigation
and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
Degree, Bachelor's Degree or BS degree in Human Resources,
Business, or related field
have at least four (4) years of experience with an associate degree
or at least two (2) years of experience with a BA or BS degree in
