Job Description:

First Choice Counseling Center seeking a dynamic professional to provide effective leadership for our PRP program. Applicant must be licensed mental health professional with a minimum of 2 years direct care experience working with emotionally disturbed youth and adults with mental illness. The RS must be able to: Educate, monitor, supervise and support direct care staff in the Child OR Adult PRP. RS will supervise and train PRP coordinators regarding the development and implementation of rehabilitation services that reflect the needs of our clients, Ensures that the clients are receiving the appropriate services as outlined in their individual rehabilitation plans. Responsible for developing initial treatment plans and discharge summaries. Complete quality assurance on client case records. Obtain authorization for services. Reviews documents to ensure medically necessity services. Cultivating an environment where staff members respect and adhere to company standards of integrity, ethics, and cultural awareness. The employee demonstrates the ability to express themselves well through writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills. She/he will demonstrate an understanding and sensitivity to serving culturally diverse and/or special needs population while maintaining client confidentially. Must be able to reinforce company policies; JTC Standards and COMAR regulatory requirements. This position has on-call responsibilities . Must be able to work some evenings. Full-Time Position You must be licensed mental health provider(BSW, LMSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGPC, RN, PHD or CPRP) This position provides health insurance This position offers PTO and holidays SUPERVISION PROVIDED AND GUARANTEED BY BOARD APPROVED SUPERVISOR Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
