The General Manager will maximize revenue growth in local market
area by capitalizing on existing network infrastructure,
interconnected LEC central offices, and local market knowledge of
viable customer segments and competitive situation. Manage sales,
installs, customer commit dates, trouble tickets, MTTR, disputes
and accounts receivable via direct reports and dotted line
relationships. Responsible for costs including gross margin, opex,
netex and capex.

and sales support teams with dotted line coordination/ management
of field planning and financial planning resources. Evangelize
