seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Bilingual Personal Injury
Paralegal to join our downtown team. The Role As a vital member of
our legal team, you will manage personal injury files from
inception through settlement or litigation. This role requires a
professional who thrives in a fast-paced boutique setting and can
provide seamless communication to our Spanish- and English-speaking
clientele. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting initial client
intakes and maintaining regular client contact. - Requesting,
organizing, and summarizing medical records and bills. - Drafting
legal documents, including demands, pleadings, and discovery
responses. - Managing firm calendars, court deadlines, and filing
legal documents. - Coordinating with insurance adjusters and
medical providers. Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 2 years
of experience specifically in Personal Injury law. - Language:
Native or professional fluency in both Spanish and English is
required. - Education: Paralegal Certificate is desired, though
significant relevant experience will be considered. - Traits:
