We have represented thousands of clients with their legal needs in Virginia. We are looking to expand our team of dedicated family law attorneys . Qualified candidates will have an interest in domestic law, including divorce, child custody/support, adoptions and protective orders. This position requires a demonstrated interest in litigation and a willingness to collaborate with team members to provide our clients with excellent service. Virginia Bar required , though compelling candidates who have or will sit for the Virginia Bar Exam will be considered. Spanish language fluency is a plus. We will provide training where needed. Required Qualifications: Virginia State Bar member in good standing. Family Attorneys must possess excellent verbal and legal writing skills. Must own transportation. Preferred Qualifications: Spanish conversational skills (preferred but not required). Responsibilities: Proficiency in legal research ( divorce, child custody , child support , and adoptions ). Attend return hearings and pretrial conferences; Effectively manage time and deadlines. Compensation Package: Very competitive compensation package.
