Average annual billable hours of 1,450-1,500 Hybrid-remote:
Work-from-home Mondays Free Estate Plan Job Details Represent
clients in civil litigation matters, including contract disputes,
real estate litigation, collections, fraud, mechanic’s liens, and
lemon law claims Manage cases from complaint through trial or
settlement, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions,
and expert witness coordination Appear in General District and
Circuit Courts, preparing for both bench and jury trials Evaluate
litigation strategies, negotiate settlements, and advise clients at
each stage of the process Collaborate with colleagues to review and
discuss ongoing cases, ensuring continuity and client coverage
Provide regular client updates and maintain a high standard of
communication and professionalism Looking For: J.D. and active
Virginia Bar License 2 years of civil litigation experience;
experience with real estate, contract, or business disputes
preferred Confident in pre-trial preparation, discovery, and
courtroom advocacy Ability to manage a full caseload independently
while collaborating in a team-oriented environment Interested in
