I'm currently working with a law firm that has an opening for a mid-senior level employment paralegal. If you're looking to join a great team at a boutique VA firm, this is a great opportunity!

Background:

5-7 years of experience with employment law
Cases involving wrongful termination, harassment and retaliation
Drafting and reviewing documents
Trial preparation
Ability to bill 32.5 hours per week Environment:
- Salary based on experience
- Benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k and 3 weeks PTO
- Hybrid opportunity with the ability to work 2 days remote
