Are you ready to learn and grow in a career, while making a difference?You Are:Lead the AFS Litigation and Investigations team in accordance with industry best practices. Protect the company from financial and reputation risk by: managing and directing litigation and significant disputes, government and corporate investigation matters; providing counsel on laws affecting government contractors, including those related to contractor integrity, data breaches, data protection and False Claims Act; regularly interacting with and reporting to AFS leadership; providing remediation recommendations and trend information to Legal Leadership and partnering with them to implement program enhancements; collaborating with other AFS Legal function leads; and interacting with Accenture Legal.The Work:Manage litigation matters, including bid protests and third-party litigationSupervise and conduct government and corporate investigationsManage direct reports with responsibility for litigation/investigations/subpoena responseDirect certain employee relations investigationsManage and supervise outside counsel, including managing budgets and work plansWork closely with corporate communications and government relationsManage e-discovery and data preservation activities and underlying processes, procedures, and legal obligationsDevelop and present training to key programs and executives to comply with best practicesHere Is What You Need:Bachelors Degree and Juris Doctorate10+ years of experience as a litigator in a law firm, corporation or prosecutor's officeExperience with federal government investigationsExperience performing internal or corporate investigations and implementing appropriate remediationExperience leading others and manage teams in complex litigation or investigations matters.Experience managing outside counsel.Experience briefing C-suite/Senior leadershipBonus Points If:Excellent judgment and ability to drive fair resolutions in a civil business litigation contextSound business judgment; experience litigating bid protestsExperience representing U.S. federal government contractors or working in a highly regulated fieldAbility to shape a positive and collaborative working environmentThe Extras:US Citizenship RequiredAs required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
