access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most
challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the

help. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network
engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations
managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people
across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and

possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive
culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to
completion. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Network

This is an opportunity to leverage and grow your existing
engineering and leadership experience in an innovative and highly
collaborative environment where the results of your work will
directly impact AWS and its customers. Responsibilities: - Manage
and develop a team of Network Decommissioning techs - Ensure
non-impactful and timely removal of existing network
infrastructure. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define
plans and process to achieve required capacity and network
requirements via decommissioning efforts. - Partner with peer
leaders within the NCD organization to create and perpetuate a true
lifecyle approach to standardizing and maintaining internal cabling
throughout the data center environments. - Identify and respond to
risks and high-priority issues; leading high-profile/visibility
projects, as required, to enable new capacity and services. -

and decommissioning time; obsessing over reducing risk and legacy
constraints inherent in existing facilities. - Travel 20% or more
