Tooling Assessment & Deployment Support Collect, document, and
analyze user and organizational requirements for architecture
tooling, with emphasis on Cameo Enterprise Architect Evaluate tool
functionality against documented requirements; identify gaps,
risks, and configuration options. Support the end-to-end deployment
of architecture tools, including environment setup, integration
planning, and rollout coordination. Follow up on open action items
related to tool configuration and deployment milestones, ensuring
timely resolution. Develop and manage configuration plans and
schedules in collaboration with program and project leaders.
Architecture Modeling Support Develop working proficiency in Cameo
Enterprise Architect and associated modeling frameworks (e.g.,
DoDAF, UAF, SysML, TOGAF) Provide hands-on troubleshooting
assistance to users experiencing technical difficulties with
architecture modeling tools. Create and maintain tooling artifacts,
including user access checklists, onboarding guides, and standard
operating procedures (SOPs). Partner with architecture segment
experts to develop, review, and refine current-state and solution
architecture models. Ensure architecture models are logically
consistent, complete, and aligned with program objectives and
stakeholder expectations. Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation
Conduct structured interviews with stakeholders, subject matter
experts, and segment architects to elicit requirements and capture
architectural context. Draft planning and analysis artifacts
including concept of operations, architecture views, gap analyses,
and transition plans Collaborate with program and project managers
to define architectural depictions, ensuring logical flow and
completeness across all architecture layers. Facilitate working
sessions and architecture reviews, capturing decisions, action
items, and follow-up tasks. Communicate findings, tool status, and
architecture updates clearly and concisely to both technical and
non-technical audiences. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science,
Information Technology, Enterprise Architecture, or a related
discipline. Equivalent combination of education and professional
experience may be considered. Experience 3 years of experience
supporting enterprise architecture programs, systems engineering
efforts, or IT tooling initiatives. Demonstrated experience with
architecture modeling tools; hands-on experience with Cameo
Enterprise Architect strongly preferred. Experience gathering and
documenting functional and non-functional requirements from diverse
stakeholder groups. Familiarity with architecture frameworks such
as DoDAF, UAF, TOGAF, or MODAF. Experience developing or
maintaining technical SOPs, user guides, or configuration
management documentation. Technical Skills Proficiency with or
ability to rapidly learn Cameo Enterprise Architect (Dassault
Systèmes No Magic) Familiarity with SysML, UML, or other modeling
languages used in enterprise and systems architecture. Experience
with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and
collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Jira). Ability to
read, interpret, and produce architecture diagrams, data flow
