As an AI/ML Engineer focused on Time Dominant Track Fusion (TDTF), you’ll transform complex sensor data into actionable intelligence—powering faster, smarter, and more accurate decision-making in real time. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models that enable precise object detection, identification, and classification across diverse data sources. Apply advanced remote sensing and image processing techniques to analyze high-volume datasets and enhance situational awareness. Create, refine, and optimize algorithms that drive next-generation data fusion and real-time analytics. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments. Use Python to build, test, and scale AI-driven applications that deliver measurable performance improvements. Manage source control and software configuration with Git to ensure code integrity and collaboration efficiency. Operate and troubleshoot machine learning models in Linux environments, ensuring system reliability and high performance. Required Qualifications: 4 years of hands-on experience building and delivering AI/ML-based solutions for object identification and classification. Proven background in remote sensing, data exploitation, and algorithm development. 4 years of professional Python experience, with a focus on ML frameworks and data science libraries. Strong understanding of software version control and collaborative workflows using Git. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AWS or cloud-based ML infrastructure. Familiarity with sensor systems, capabilities, and data integration. Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with limited guidance. Strong communication skills—capable of translating complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
