Position Description:
 
Our client is looking to hire a System Administrator to join their IT Department at their Baltimore, MD location.  Features state-of-the-art facilities, national acclaim, and renowned Centers of Excellence.
Responsible for providing project and technical leadership to plan, install, implement and maintain client’s operating systems hardware and software. Provides technical expertise on operating system and equipment configuration. Analyzes changes, modifications and enhancements to system software and determines impact on existing production systems. Assists staff personnel in the use of systems software.
 
Education and Experience Requirements

• 
  

• Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
• Five 5years of progressive hands-on experience in operating system installation, implementation and management; proficiency in systems operations, scripting languages, and systems software and hardware; history of successful project management.  
• Previous experience with Tivoli -TSM and McKesson MPV -Awarix preferred.
