The outcomes of our research and development, products and universe of services will support the international development community, multiple civilian agencies and the nations defense and intelligence communities. Our focused research, services and products include complex DevSecOps solutions to support refugee processing across multiple federal agencies, research and development for Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I), Data Analytics, and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) development and sensor capabilities supporting both the aerospace/defense and intelligence communities, as well as complex HHS comprehensive care coding requirements, and integrated management systems for our countries civilian agencies (FAA, FDIC, HOR, etc.). DEVIS is currently seeking an experienced ITSM to support our corporate work in Rosslyn, VA. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company. ResponsibilitiesThe ITSM manages and delivers strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness. Manages ITSM-related processes including Incident, Change, Request and Problem Management, as well as recommendations for implementation consideration that span service management policies, guidelines, and processes. Develops and implements ITSM plans, practices, and systems to optimize service delivery and improve operational performance with minimal impact on the IT enterprise. Responsible for CMMC planning and adherence, CMMI management and internal IT Security protocols that map to USG contract requirements. Basic Qualifications & Education:

  • 3+ years of IT experience in systems, networking, or application development.
  • 3+ years of information technology experience in security engineering, operations management, and IT management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports in an enterprise IT environment.
  • 3+ years as an operations or security manager on an enterprise level network
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or 4 years of full-time information technology experience in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 8 year of experience in Information Technology positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, interviewing, analytical and problem-solving skills to address variable situations.
  • General knowledge of DOD industry security requirements, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document processes and write comprehensive security recommendations.
  • Professional attitude, able to communicate and interact with individuals at all levels across various information technology and business sectors.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and customer service skills. Ability to act in the best interest of the client both within a team and self-directed. Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in DOD/military IT environment.
  • ISSO/ISSM experience on a network enclave Administration of the ITSM tools includes but is not limited to :
  • Monitoring health, availability and performance of managed nodes and devices
  • Performing day-to-day processes and activities to manage and maintain availability, health and performance of the ITSM tools at acceptable Service Levels
  • Capturing and documenting user requirements
  • Configuring and instrumenting tool capabilities according to user needs and requirements
  • Creating customized ITSM solutions as needed and directed by the technical lead
  • Creating specialized reports as needed and requested by the customer
  • Creating /updating supporting documentation for enhancements, and all other administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with testing and migrating/deploying solutions in a multitier environment (Development, Test/QA, Production)
  • Training EOC staff and end users on aspects and use the tools as needed
  • Providing knowledge transfer and exchange to other ITSM team members
  • Leveraging automation (e.g., tools, programs or scripts) and standards as part of the daily administration of the ITSM tools. Operations and Maintenance (O&M): The ITSM will have experience providing operational care and feeding and maintenance of the ITSM tools. Support includes, but is not limited to these activities:
  • Perform routine maintenance including but not limited to patching of operating system and applications
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution of ITSM tool incidents, issues and problems
  • Carrying out project enhancements under the guidance of the technical or government lead or architect to improve tool performance
  • Recommending and carrying out projects under the guidance of the technical or government lead or architect to improve tool performance, to bring devices, systems, applications and services under management
  • Perform tool software upgrades as needed
  • Create As-Built documents and other supporting documentation for upgrades, and all other operational & maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate with other teams both within and external to the IT Enterprise Services Division as required
  • Improve processes and procedures. Configuration and change management activities are also included in this activity. Preferred Certifications:
  • CISSP, CCFP, CCSP, SSCP, CSSLP, PMP, ITIL Clearance:
