in August 2022. This is a paid program in which interns will work

www.arccorp.com.What You'll Get to Do:ARC's EPMO Scrum Master
Intern will provide support to the Sr Manager, EPMO has well as the
team of Scrum Masters. You will work alongside the team to help
them further cement the scrum framework and live the scrum values.
This position is an opportunity to have a hands-on learning
experience in assisting with agile-related training, leading a
scrum team of your own, and assisting with the daily operations of
a scrum product team. You will have the opportunity to look at,
work in, assess and propose best practice of various agile and
project management tools.Proactively assist the Scrum Masters to
identify and clear roadblocks/risks and create successful action
and/or mitigation plans. Help the scrum masters to resolve and
escalate issues and risks in a timely fashion, including
communication with stakeholdersHelp the teams implement and/or
define best practice for agile tools such as Jira, Confluence,
etc.Evaluate current processes and procedures for inefficiencies
and make improvement recommendationsAssist with agile training and
further adoption of the scrum frameworkManage ad hoc requests
related to process and documentationOther duties as assigned You'll
Bring These Qualifications:Active student in good standing
currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's level program
working towards a degree in a related field such as Information
Systems, Computer Science, or EngineeringInternational students who
are authorized to be employed in the United States are eligible to
applyMust have completed a computer science or operations
courseAbility to work independently as well as within a team
environmentStrong critical thinking, problem solving, and
analytical skillsStrong written communication skillsEffective time
