Are:A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the

Work:Help clients understand leading business processes so they can
transform their business with Oracle -Spot strategies, risks, and
options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and
help clients and functions meet their needs -Lead, coach and advise
a small project team in addition to managing their performance
(depending upon the structure of a project) -Give clients options
for designs using prototypes -Set up, document, and test the Oracle
system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies -Work with
clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to
go -Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make
sure projects get delivered -Keep growing your skills to help your
team with business development and sales efforts -Stay in the know
on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients

infectious disease experts. -The Oracle Field Service Delivery Lead
will be responsible for delivering key Field Service business
imperatives and understand how to position and architect front
office technology transformations leveraging Oracle products. The
candidate will be responsible for mentoring and growing a team of
resources across Field Service functional areas across a portfolio
of related projects. The candidate will be an expert in mapping
business operating models with technology enablers, recommending
best practices, proposing relevant business processes, user
experience and navigating change enablement.Must Have Skills:Oracle
Service Cloud (B2B or B2C), Field Service, Sales or Marketing or
similar competitive knowledge i.e. SFDCCustomer Relationship
Management (CRM), Customer Experience (Field Service)End to End
TransformationsKey Responsibilities:Manage Field Service workshops
to help clients create relevant Field Service road-maps that
address key priorities.Run projects and portfolios implementing
Oracle Field Service productsShape and solidify business processes
for Field ServiceManage and support workshopsSupport Field Service

the ability to effectively estimate and create Team lead for
onshore and offshore resourcesSubject Matter Expert to help support

years of experience in handling Customer Experience (Field Service)

of experience in one or more of Oracle Field Service cloudStrong

Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for
roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is
influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to
skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For
the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role
is $119,880 - $197,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
