The Work:
The Agile Coach provides assists and leads teams in applying Agile
thinking to the specific environment and impediments that the teams
face. The Agile Coach works as an advisor and helps the team adapt
the methodology to their environment and challenge the existing
environment. He/she assists the software development teams in using
Agile Methods and mentors Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other
roles as needed. The Agile Coach provides recommendations for
training and employee development in Agile methods and Agile tool
implementation. Knowledge of Scrum, Agile Backlog Management, Agile
Measurement techniques, Product Management, SAFe, and issue/risk
management is expected.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture
Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum
compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual
compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but
not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office
location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay
for this role is $101,000 to $141,599 and information on benefits
