Visa Sponsorship.Position SummaryAs an IT Operations Manager you
must have a very strong leadership skill to promote the integration
amongst Business, IT (Information Technology) Streams and Partners
(at all levels of the organization) ensuring a high quality of
sustain operations and continuous improvements on the IT products
and processes fully supporting business evolution.Operations
manager will assume the overarching responsibility for supporting
the head of Products and Platforms to ensure smooth operations of
the stream. You will ensure discipline in managing and optimizing
the product based operating model within the stream by leveraging
ways of working set by the O-CIO. Some activities include testing,
application maintenance, proactive monitoring, L&T onboarding,
compliance orchestrations and housekeeping. You will oversee the
end-to-end support operations provided by near/offshore managed
services for the given products groups and/or platform taking care
of ITIL services for L1, L2 and L3 support organizations. The
Operations Manager should focus on minimizing disruptions to the
business by being brilliant at the basics (ensuring a quick
response on failure tickets, problem solving adherence, preventing
tickets being caused by intervention and so on) ensuring the
organization is adding value to the
business.ResponsibilitiesSupport the increase in business
centricity & improve communication with the business and within IT
streams.Integrate the different IT areas and the businessPerform
problem management & root cause analysis leading to Products
enhancement.Conduct data analysis to discover problem area trends
and drive continuous opportunity for improvements.Increase speed of
response / resolutions through a higher sense of urgency.Prepare
visual presentation materials for executive-level and conducts
meetings to showcase performance and consumption of resource and
funding.Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis,
focused on mitigating total business disruption hours.Required
Qualifications5+ years of experience in Information Technology
within an operational role supporting business critical
operations.1-2 years experience with various SAP and non-SAP
solution integration technologies e.g., Process Integration, Cloud
Process Integration, Data Services - BODS; familiarity with SAP
transactions, tables, navigation, data objects.1-2 years'
experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem and Configuration and
Change management)Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of Hybrid
integration platforms spanning cloud and on-premises (iPaaS, PaaS,
SaaS).Understanding of end to end (E2E and B2B) business flows and
EDI (Mulesoft or API platform).Experience in either Azure (Data
Factory, Logic Apps, Event Driven Architecture) and or Service
