_To get the best candidate experience, please consider applying for a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to ensure you are not duplicating efforts._**Job Category**Customer Success Group**Job Details**We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Professional Services organization to guide scrum teams on our Large Scale Programs. The Scrum Master's responsibilities include ensuring that services delivery teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.**Primary Responsibilities**+ Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.+ Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.+ Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.+ Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.+ Supports and educates the Customer Product Owner, especially as it relates to maintaining the backlog and interacting with the team once the sprint has started.+ Works with the Customer Product owner to ensure the backlog is properly prioritized, stories are ready for the upcoming sprint, and sprint work is not interrupted with new or competing priorities once started.+ Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.+ Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making across the entire Large Scale Program+ Maintains data in Agile project management tool; ensures data is accurate and up to date; generates reports to measure KPIs and performance of the team; analyzes data to identify insights and trends; uses data to drive decisions for the team and the broader program.+ Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the program.+ Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles**Skills and Experience**+ 3-5 years experience in Project Management Role+ At least 2 years experience playing the Scrum Master role for a team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.+ Experience coaching multiple teams on Agile principles desired+ Knowledge of the Agile Scrum framework as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices+ Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques+ Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills+ Effective planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams+ Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques+ Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.+ Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment.+ Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.+ Agile SCRUM Master Certification+ Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) preferred but not necessaryTravel is an integral part of this role, and will be based on individual customer needs. 50%+ travel to be expected post pandemic.For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $104,000 You may also be entitled to receive target bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.**Accommodations**If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form (https://careers.mail.salesforce.com/accommodations-request-form) .**Posting Statement**At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
