Job Description:

Microsoft SharePoint Developer Microsoft SharePoint developer needed to support multiple workstreams on Software Development/Enhancements and Operations & Maintenance project. As a Consultant in our Practice you will:

• Support upgrade of client website from Microsoft SharePoint 2010 to 2019
• Develop/refactor/reconfigure existing custom SharePoint features to SharePoint 2019
• Review, troubleshoot, and fix reported defects and issues with upgraded version
• Unit test changes and check code into repository to maintain configuration control
• Review and address security vulnerability findings on application
• Support configuration of Web and Application servers and integration with other systems, servers, and databases
• Enhance existing and develop new custom functionality on client website
• Analyze user-identified defects, identify and develop fixes, unit test changes,
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure incidents identified by users and clients
• Follow structured SDLC, change management, configuration control, and release management processes
• Update technical design documentation, implementation plans, test plans, etc.
• Provide technical support to client CMS users
• Design, develop, and manage website content and capabilities, including SharePoint lists and libraries
• Support and maintain website analytics and integration with Tableau dashboard data
• Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• Effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
• Participate in or lead the development of client deliverable content
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with peers, clients and engagement teams on project assignments
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Ability to manage multiple task assignments simultaneously
• Experience with development of project documentation, including technical design documents, implementation plans, test plans, etc. Qualifications Required:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University
  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience as a SharePoint Developer
  • Must be able to obtain and/or maintain required Public Trust Clearance for this role
  • Ability to work from Arlington, VA or Washington DC metro area
