SAP Solutions Architect Work you'll do Work with our clients to assist in the implementation of large scale SAP systems. Lead task and projects to ensure the success of the project is obtained. Expandyour business and technical knowledge to growyour career and take it to the next level. As a Senior Manager within our GPS SAP team, you will:

• Organize and deliver SAP Enterprise Performance services on a cross-section of complex projects
• Responsible for the development of business and vendor relationships
• Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development process
• Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans
• Lead day-to-day interactions with executive clients and Deloitte team
• Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships
• Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
• Provide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staff
• Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process
• Focus on managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business
• Lead business development initiatives to grow the SAP team and the Federal practice
• Manage resources and budget on client projects The team SAP Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders. We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities: --- Finance --- Supply Chain --- Customer and Sales Operations --- Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics) * Travel up to 80% is required for this role (While 80% of travel is a requirement for this role, due to COVID 19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice). Qualifications
  • 10+ years of achitecting SAP Finance and Supply Chain solutions within Federal Government (DoD) preferred
  • Successully led architecture and design for S/4 implementation of 10K+ users
  • Experience with architecting and implementing integration between SAP ECC and/or S/4 with low/no-code solutions
  • AGILE environment expereince
  • Experience implementing AI/ML and process robotic automation into SAP implementations
  • Extensive proposal writing and oral proposal expereince
  • Successful implimentation of SAP solution that executes with disconnected capability
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be open to travel up to 70% of the time
