(IPPS-A). IPPS-A is the Army's future Web-based Human Resources
(HR) solution to provide integrated HR capabilities across all Army
Components. IPPS-A is designed to alleviate the Army's current
reliance on 45 stove-piped HR systems that do not efficiently share
information with one another. As a result of its implementation,
IPPS-A will provide a centralized resource for Soldiers, Leaders,
and HR Professionals to better manage personnel and pay

CACI is currently seeking an Oracle BI / Data Integration Developer
for the IPPS-A program based in Crystal City, VA. The person we are
seeking will provide expertise in performing application
development, configuration and unit testing of Data Integration
(using ODI, PL/SQL, SQL), and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE)
applications including HR Analytics (prebuilt Warehouse, ELT, &
OBIEE models) for the IPPS-A project. Participate in development,

What You'll Get to Do:
Work closely with OBI team members, SMEs, and Testers using Agile
sessions to develop high BI data models to support reporting
Provide hands-on technical solutions to business challenges &
translates them into process/technical solutions.
Assist with the design, development and delivery of OBIA/OBIEE
application including ODI ELT, Data Integration through PL/SQL,
Assist with HR Analytics design, development, enhancements,
configuration (BIACM, ODI).
Interpret requirements, performs highly complex analysis and

5 - 7 years of overall technical experience in system design,
project development and production support of large

2 - 4 years of experience with creating data solutions using
Knowledge of required processes for a successful implementation of
all project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through
implementation and enhancements.
Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, UNIX environment, UNIX shell
scripts, SQL and PL/SQL, and XML and encryption technologies.
Possesses knowledge of application modeling principles, concepts

focus on customer service and solution ownership.

Possess prior experience of supporting large scale organizations
with successful ERP implementation(s).
Knowledge of OBIEE Visual Analyzer, DVD (Data Visualizations
Desktop), or other visualization tools.
Experience with defining and delivering Data Warehousing and
Business Intelligence capabilities.
Experience using several different Data Warehousing
Good working knowledge of integration of HR Analytics with ODI,
Oracle Access Manager, PeopleSoft, BI Publisher, and
