The Recruiter will be -responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). They recruit -for headquarters, project site, proposal, and consultant positions. -Responsibilities:

Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) for all internal, proposal and project sites recruiting needsPartners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.Sources and screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire.Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (JazzHR).Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.Ensures positive candidate experience.Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience supporting full life cycle recruiting for a government contractor.Experience successfully recruiting candidates with high security clearance levels.Desired Qualifications
Experience recruiting for Proposal efforts preferred.Experience creating position descriptions from Performance Work Statements and Statements of Work.Memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
