Job Description:

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruitment needs at Phone2Action. This role, reports to the VP, Human Resources and serves as a partner to the hiring managers. The day-to-day includes collaborating and iterating quickly to identify and implement the right approaches in getting top talent on the team. This role will assist in developing the company's hiring strategy and proper metrics to measure the performance of the global recruitment function.

You Will:
Provide full life cycle, recruiting support for a wide range of roles within Phone2Action
Take a consultative role with hiring managers
Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
Act as an advocate for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process, establish regular touchpoints, and diligently following-through for the best employee experience
Partner with the hiring manager to effectively onboard new employees and ensure early success in their new role
Build and maintain the recruitment process and applicant tracking system
Track, maintain and improve recruitment metrics

You Have:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
In-house corporate recruiting with a track record of success with metrics
Experience utilizing and structuring an Applicant Tracking System
Experience collaborating with senior business leaders and managers at all experience levels
Strong communication skills and business insight necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders within the organization
An analytical mindset that understands the importance of tracking metrics, both individual and team goals, to increase performance
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and can quickly prioritize when presented with a list of all 'top priority' situations
