Job Description:
The dishwashers are the unsung heroes of Brown's Orchards. As a
dishwasher, you would be in charge of maintaining cleanliness and
sanitation standards for tableware, pots and pans, cooking
utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Loads, runs, and unloads
dishes into dish washing machine. • Replaces cleaned kitchenware in
its proper department/location. • Maintains adequate levels of
clean tableware for deli and bakery. • Monitor dishes to ensure
they are appropriately clean prior to being used again. • Monitors
dish-washing machines and alerts management in the event repairs
are needed. • Removing trash and garbage to dumpster • Observes all
health code and food safety requirements and organizational
guidelines at all times.
