Job Description The opportunity Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring part-time Servers to join our team at El Tiempo Cantina at Choctaw Stadium in Arlington, Texas. As a Server, you will have the privilege of representing our restaurant and creating lasting impressions through your exceptional service, making each guest feel valued and satisfied. Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings. What will you do? Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus and communicate restaurant specials, answer menu questions, and collect food and beverage orders Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver checks to guests Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned, and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning More about you Experience in cash handling and credit card processing Beneficial if you have one year’s experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment No high school diploma or GED required Physical requirements Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as standing, walking, and bending for long periods, which may include walking up stairs Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks Shift details Days Evenings Holidays M-F Weekends Who we are Patina Group is a leader in the premium segment of the restaurant and catering industry, operating restaurants and managing catering and food service operations at high-profile venues including, Lincoln Center, Walt Disney World®, Disneyland®, the Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, and The Metropolitan Opera.
