eCommerce shopping platforms (grocery pick-up and delivery) to
significant advancements in retailer digital media, the CPG retail
marketing landscape has changed forever. Winning in this
environment requires new capabilities in Consumer Marketing,
eCommerce/Omni-Commerce, Technology and Media.The OMNI Strategy Sr.
Specialist leads the project planning, development and execution of
Division and Brand OMNI Channel Marketing and Retail Marketing
along iconic brands like Coffee mate, Starbucks and Nesquik in the
beverage division.This role will be responsible for budgeting,
briefing and execution against Digital Shelf Content, Drive Period
Campaigns and Solo brand Retail activations in-store and online.
The role will be responsible for business analysis, leveraging Best
Practices to drive enhanced ROI, and strong financial rigor in the
management of budgets and forecasting. Working in close partnership
with the OMNI Retail Marketing, Digital Shelf & Sales teams and the
Agency, this position will flawlessly execute the strategies to win
in the market place.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Measures of Success: Improving investment ROI, Enhancing Brand
eCommerce presence, Budget-accuracy, On-time execution, Achievement
of Sales performance targets, and improving retailer satisfaction
scores.Core Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute plans to drive demand and conversion in the
OMNI space
- Lead eContent organic and paid Search and OMNI Promotional
Campaign Execution including:
- Lead Division on eSearch and Digital Shelf content
implementation including: 25%
- Retailer and Competitive Assessment
- eContent Strategy
- Agency Briefing and Project Management
- Search Strategy Implementation
- Execute Insight-Based Promotional Campaigns and Tool Kits for
Retail Marketing with the Agency thru strong project management
implementation: 25%
- Solo Brand and Innovation activations
- Multi-brand activations
- Scale event activations
- Lead assortment priority implementation with Brand Teams to
ensure the right skills are developed to win with retailer fast
growing click and collect and delivery business models. 10%
- Lead the development of selling materials for Retail Marketing
efforts and collaborate with CCSD on account selling meetings.

- Manage asset creation and project coordination for national and
account-specific point of sale materials, merchandiser graphics,
and retailer ads 5%
- Business Analysis and KPI Tracking - Monitor eBusiness and
retail marketing sales and KPIs for the Division across key
accounts and platforms to ensure Best In Class execution and that
we are leveraging all Best Practices to drive ROI 15%
- Budget - Oversee flawless execution of budgets - non-working
and working budgets. Enable stakeholder transparency and strong
financial controls are in place. 15%
- Works independently with general supervision is received from
the OMNI Marketing Manager.
- May be responsible for the development and capabilities of
cross-functional resources in Brand and Sales - through
influence.
- Achieving corporate objectives on Market Share, Sales Volume
Growth, Category Growth, Brand Equity, Brand Health and Marketing
ROI. Aligning corporate and customer objectives to find mutual
benefits utilizing roadmaps and CAP. Manages assigned
budgets.REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA Preferred
- 4 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, ecommerce
experience preferred
- Knowledge of Nestle and its trade customer base preferred
- Travel 10%
- Strong marketing and promotion experience
- Deep understanding of focus retailers and their go-to-market
strategies
- Corporate priorities, merch strategy, strengths, weaknesses and
marketing assets
