Saturday as needed SUMMARY: As a Delivery Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering and/or unloading our products to customer locations on designated routes. This is a fast-paced position that stocks the greatest beverage brands on shelves, displays and in coolers. About you: -Excellent professional driver and hold a Class-A license for the State hired. -You are eligible to obtain Interstate CDL-A Permit, pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements. -Currently hold a valid Driver's License. -We will send you to obtain a valid medical examiners certificate (medical card) with Interstate non-excepted classification. -You are a Safe Driver with a 7-year Motor Vehicle Report that you are happy to tell us about it. -Ability to work in a dynamic environment, lifting up to 50 lbs. of product repetitively. -Do you love working in your community and demonstrating outstanding customer service skills? -You are ambitious and have a high degree of integrity performing your job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis. -Past job performance reflects dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise good judgment -Availability to work some weekends and/or some holidays Preferred work experience: -Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products or retail experience is strongly preferred Responsibilities include: -We care about your safety and you enjoy exercising safe practices and being part of a safe environment. -We are better together because of drivers like you that will deliver, fill, merchandise, and rotate products at customer accounts. -Ensure the "look of success" appearance of all Coke equipment and displays. -Champion relationships with store management and personnel and provide fantastic customer service. -Ensure proper inventory of product and assets daily. All Company Commercial Drivers will be interstate non-excepted commercial drivers who meet all federal requirements (we do not employ intrastate-only drivers) All candidates will be subject to pre-employment testing: Background Check, Drug Screen, and Physical Abilities Test (if applicable).
