We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team, assisting physical therapists in implementing treatment plans designed to improve patients' mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. This role requires a compassionate professional who is prepared to work closely with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care and ensure the well-being of our patients. Assist physical therapists in the administration of interventions and treatment plans. Document patient responses and progress, and report the outcomes to the physical therapist. Help patients perform specific exercises as part of the plan of care. Educate patients and family members about treatments and care plans. Maintain equipment and ensure the treatment area is clean and organized. Adhere to all clinic policies, along with state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy. Knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques Ability to operate relevant equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Capacity to handle physical demands of the job, including assisting patients physically Licensed or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant is necessary CPR/BLS Certification preferably
