Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Speech-Language
Pathologist to join our team! In this clinic-based role, you will
assess and provide therapy for early intervention clients,
addressing speech sound disorders, receptive and expressive
language, voice, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic language
needs. You will collaborate closely with families,
interdisciplinary clinicians, and insurance partners to support
comprehensive care. Responsibilities Deliver therapy in our clinic
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (one hour lunch breaks), with some
sessions offered via Telehealth in the clinic or remotely from your
home Develop individualized therapy and treatment plans for speech
and language disorders Administer standardized assessments (PLS-5,
CELF-5, CELF-P-3) to accurately assess communication disorders
Establish clear treatment goals and measurable milestones Provide
therapy using AAC devices and alternative communication strategies
when appropriate Document and maintain therapy plans and progress
reports in compliance with insurance requirements Communicate
patient progress with families, insurance carriers, and
interdisciplinary team members Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to support client goals Research and apply evidence-based
practices related to speech and language development Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state
licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Previous experience in speech pathology or early intervention
Experience working with AAC devices and alternative communication
methods Familiarity with communication disorders Ability to work
closely with families and as part of a collaborative team
