Job Description Job Description Family Nurse Practitioner - (New Graduates Accepted) - Bilingual in Spanish Location: - Silver Spring, MD Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Shift: Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (2 mandatory Saturdays) Setting: Community-Based Practice Job Summary : We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care services to pediatric and adult patients. This role is ideal for new graduates who are eager to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinical environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Provide preventive care and manage acute and chronic conditions Deliver patient-centered care to diverse populations Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR/EHR system Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare staff Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention Qualifications, Licensure, and Experience: Current Nurse Practitioner license and national certification Fluency in both English and Spanish (required) Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred Community health center experience is a plus Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR is preferred but not required Company Description Protouch Staffing is a trusted staffing partner specializing in connecting skilled professionals with top employers.
