Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A position is
available for an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized
support in a school setting located in Frederick, MD. This role
involves working directly with students to enhance their functional
abilities and support their educational experience. Key
Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in
pediatric or school-based therapy Strong understanding of
developmental milestones and therapeutic interventions suitable for
school-aged children Ability to design and implement individualized
treatment plans Excellent communication skills to collaborate
effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
Flexibility to travel between school sites as needed
Responsibilities: Assess students occupational therapy needs and
develop tailored treatment plans Provide individual and group
therapy sessions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing,
and daily living activities Collaborate with teachers and school
staff to integrate therapeutic goals into the classroom environment
Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and treatment
outcomes Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.96 to $55.96.
