compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of
$204/hour to $211/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10%

25 - Team approach model with Hospitalist, Critical Care and
Emergency Department under one IAC Director275-bed acute care
hospital is part of the Adventist HealthCare System - Medical staff
of over 1,000 physicians - Construction is underway for a new
state-of-the-art Emergency Department, ICU, and Cath Lab Suite
(estimated to open in 2026) - The hospital offers a Behavioral
