Job Description:
PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and dynamic
Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Clinical Services to join our
team. Our facility is committed to providing exceptional
post-hospital rehabilitation and recovery care, aiming to help
patients regain independence after surgery, injury, or illness. The
successful candidate will oversee the clinical aspects of our
rehabilitation services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care
tailored to the specific needs of our patients. This role involves
strategic leadership, team management, and collaboration with
multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to enhance patient
outcomes. Manage and oversee the rehabilitation services
department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
and clinical standards. Develop and implement clinical programs and
interventions tailored to the needs of the patient population.
Lead, train, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team to ensure
effective collaboration and high-quality care. Assess, monitor, and
optimize patient care plans in collaboration with rehabilitation
staff. Stay abreast of advancements in rehabilitation techniques
and technologies, integrating best practices into clinical
operations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across
departments to coordinate care and optimize recovery paths for
patients. Participate in budgeting and forecasting for the
rehabilitation services department. Proven leadership and
management skills within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of
rehabilitation services and clinical practices. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate
effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Problem-solving skills
and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current license as a Physical
Therapist or Occupational Therapist. Certification in healthcare
management (e.g., CHCQM, FABQAURP) is a plus.
